Horrible manager who has 0 tolerance for complaints. If you ever have a complaint do not even try talking to him. I have been a customer of this manger for years and whenever you bring up a complaint he will interrupt you and have an excuse at every corner of your complaint. It also makes it that much worse if youre a Korean as you cannot talk with an older person casually or with a slightly more aggresive demeanor because they take that as a sign of disrespect. Thus after I said 'Hey man' he therefore concluded we were even after I put in a complaint in person.

I had called a few times with no response and after the 3rd or 4th call the manager answered projecting his anger after dealing with a difficult customer before me. I can understand if he is going through some frustration but it isnt difficult to pick up and politely ask to hold for awhile as he deals with the client infront of him and to project his anger at me because of another customer does not make me feel welcomed nor is it right/fair

I always go here because the service and the staff is always exceptional. They always try to give you the best deal and always offer options. The manager was very helpful when I went in to upgrade my phone. No wonder I’ve been going to the same store for almost 5+ years. The staff has always been helpful and I know that once I have to upgrade or get a new phone, I’ll be going to them before anywhere else. Always the best. Thanks guys!
