If I could put 0 stars I would but I won’t let me, I Called for maintenance but they haven’t come it’s been like a week with out power this sucks.

Still waiting on my application fee in which she said she was going to return 7 days ago. Cancelled the application without refunding my 50 bucks. Be nice if she would do what she says

Full of bedbugs and cockroaches, but the location is great.

The Slum of fairfax city

Lived here in the early 90's. So many good childhood memories in Layton Hall but, it was a dangerous location. A lot of families living together in a one or two bedroom apartment due to poverty and low income.
