Spokes Etc.

Very new to biking and have never owned a legit bike before. With that said, I had a lot of questions. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately by John B. He spent time hearing and answering all of my questions and recommending me a bike.nnI was able to test drive the bike outside of the store to get a feel. I walked away a happy guy with a brand new bike that I love riding. This is now my main mode of getting around the city.nnVery happy with the purchase. Very happy with the service.

My wife and I came to get our factory tune up on a Sunday. The associate told us that the turn around time is about 4 weeks. We told him that we would need our bikes on Tuesday. He worked around our needs and told us that since it’s factory tune up and no parts are really going to be replaced, then he could try to get it done by Tuesday or Wednesday. This location of Spokes ETC has always been so accommodating within reasons of course. Everybody is always so friendly and helpful. That’s why we come back here time and time again. Tyler is also always so helpful about telling us new products and upgrades we can do to our bikes to make our rides more enjoyable and efficient. We truly appreciate every single person in this location.

Great service! My son was having minor problems with a bike bought online. They were able to point out a couple things like changing the sheath on the shifting cable and it's better ever. Definitely recommend Spokes Etc.

The person assisting me and the mechanic were fantastic! When the mechanic was installing the kickstand and then observing adjusting the seat, he brought up that the bike I had already purchased may not last as long as we expected. The bike is a gift for my daughter who was close to needing the next size frame and they brought this to my attention, fully aware that I could leave the store without making a purchase. Once it was decided that I would purchase the bike, the person assisting me went out into the rain to help get the bike into the car. The integrity and helpfulness of the service at this store was exceptional. I will recommend to all in search of a bike in the Baltimore/Washington area. Thank you.

Not only Spokes helped me find the right bike rack, I actually ended up saving a ton compared to the prices at the dealership!nMy rep was very knowledgeable and trained me on how to install the bike rack on my car (was my first time ever!). Overall, awesome experience for one very happy customer.
