DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Ruth (cashier) and Belinda (sales) are awesome. They both helped me tremendously. The store was cleaned and organized. I cant wait to go back. And I have never seen a DSW with a nail salon!!!

The shoes they have un store are lovely and I would definitely go back. The employees are very kind and helpful.

Overall, always a great experience with staff. Plus, they have a nail salon in the back - what's not to love?!! My only issue is routinely long lines on weekends, I get waiting but a line that goes beyond there front doors into the children's section is a bit much. Especially considering the past few weeks it has been due to a gentleman cashier taking phone calls instead of checking out customers, leaving one poor women trying to keep up with demands. Today was the third time I saw this occur, it was once again my turn after a 15 min wait and the man at the counter turned his back to the huge line and proceeded to take a call. Hopefully DSW sees this and looks into the gentleman working the counter around 1-2 PM.

On the positive side, the selection and staff are excellent. On the negative side, the restrooms were CLOSED! This is unsatisfactory! Covid-19 does not require restrooms to be closed, only higher cleaning requirements. Why closed?
