Love comfort one shoe store- the sales associate are well verse & helpful in every way. The gentleman who helped me today was smart nice & well verse in the cloud on sneakers as well as the posture chair pads. Easy going!! Kudos for Fairfax comfort one shoes store..

Jon is the man! During the course of an hour, he attended to each of my family members (3), exchanged pleasantries with my toddler, attended to two other guests, all while managing the store entirely on his own. He never made any one of us feel like we had to wait, he was knowledgeable, patient and beyond kind. A true professional. Been to countless shoe stores and never received the service nor the expertise—ever. I have yet to make a purchase bc I had to run, but I will be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good quality shoe matched with amazing service (it’s a lost art!).
