Ordered about a week ago over 60 bucks in food for a birthday and got half my order using doordash. They only picked up half my order and left my Famous Chicken Tenders Family-Style Meal claiming they were told it was the full order. So I definitely wont be making that mistake again. I'll just do pickup overall I'd give the service of the restaurant and crew 5 stars. But being that I received only half my order and was charged the full amount plus tax and delivery using doordash I can only give 3 stars. I spoke with a Manager regarding replacing the order and look forward to eating here again the food I did receive was delicious.
Wonderful service! Our waitress was a total sweetheart and so attentive, and quick! Food was delicious and the quiet atmosphere was so nice. This was my first time visiting this location, and I will absolutely returning.
I have not been to an Ocharleys in so long and to be honest I’m not real sure why. Well tonight the family and I wanted something different and my daughter picked Ocharleys. It was absolutely amazing and our server Marcus was out of this world. He was so attentive and welcoming with a great personality. The last few times we’ve been out we have gotten horrible service, which sucks because we are really good tippers. Needless to say we will be back soon to see Marcus.
The hostess, Renee, was so accommodating to my disabled Mother. Our waitress was great. The food was absolutely delicious. ud83dudcaf
Excellent food very nice employees willing to work with you I hope you found what you want never pushy very very well friendly service never had one complaint at all will always continue to visit as long as it stays the way it is
