The store is clean, the staff were courteous and friendly. I was a tad disappointed due to the lack of merchandise but what they did have was very nice, unlike most Ross stores. I was very pleased to find stretched linen canvases for painting, as well as a decent selection of quality paint brushes for both. Hildreth and adults. I also found the cutest selection of oversized, vintage styles readers. My experience at Ross in Lynchburg was very satisfactory!! Would definitely recommend this retail establishment.

The place has changed alot since 2009. The place is alot more organized and has plenty of space to walk and shop and all are keeping with the federal guidelines. There are alot of clothing for all women, men and children to choose from, plus household items and shoes and other accessories.
The store was very low on merchandise was the only issue I had with shopping here. So I really hope the next time I go it will be a better experience.
I got a bunch of good deals. Especially on toys and duffle bags. Plus some auto accessories. The purses were scalped.
