DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!! This place is a COMPLETE JOKE! Not only do they charge more than other referral services (Yes, there are plenty of other lawyer referral services out there), But they are also very careless, nonchalant, and incompetent. They don't know how to find the right lawyers for people. They get frustrated easily if you call in and request for a more complicated lawyer. I was refused service when I called in, and then told by the woman on the phone to go find my own lawyer. I was also hung up on in the end. I've called them and left messages for weeks, and also sent several emails to them. Not one single person has gotten back to me this whole time. These folks are absolutely Ridiculous.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS REFERRAL SERVICE!!! They are a complete JOKE! If you try their service, you have a really good chance of either getting referral to the wrong lawyer, or refused service if the lawyer you seek is one that they can't find. The staff member there are like children. They are incompetent, and get frustrated easily. They'll tell you to just go find your own lawyer then hang up on you. They'll never return your call or emails. They flat out just do not care at all. Call them at your own risk.

WARNING!!! BEWARE!!! This place is HORRID!!! I called and spoke to an extremely incompetent woman who claimed to have been the only one taking calls that day. She did not know how to go about finding the right lawyer for me. She got frustrated and told me to just go find a lawyer on my own. As I was still talking and asking to speak to a supervisor, she just hung up on me. I called back, but she never picked up for the next 3 days. I called other numbers and left numerous messages, along with emailed a handful of emails on their site to contact for any issues. Apparently that is absolutely USELESS as well, since not a single person has gotten back to me by phone or email for over a week now. Don't waste your time with them. You will strongly regret it like I did.

This place is a complete JOKE!! First off, they charge more than all the other referral services (Yes, there are many other referral services out there). Secondly, they have incompetent staff members there who don't know what the heck they are doing. And lastly, they DO NOT CARE about anyone using their service. They will NOT return a single call or email, no matter how many you send. Again, I say this place is a Complete JOKE! Don't waste your time with them.

HORRIBLE Lawyer Referral Service. This place is complete Garbage. Don't waste your time calling them. They overcharge, and have very incompetent staff members. I was denied service bc the woman who took my call, was too incompetent to find the right lawyer for me. She told me she was unable to help me, then just hung up the phone on me. I called a different referral service, and they helped me out so efficiently and smoothly, as well as charged me less than what the Fairfax Bar Association Lawyer Referral would have. Stay away from this place!
