I put in a huge order online, and Velocity Wings did not disappoint! My order was ready on time. The hosts were very friendly when I arrived to pick up my order. All items in my order were clearly labeled and neatly packed. The food was delicious! I personally recommend the Crispy Honey Dijon chicken sandwich. Can't wait to go back. :-)
Wife and I got 40 wings and drinks. Tossed Wings were nice and crispy under the sauce and we liked all the flavors we got (five different). Mixed drinks were strong and beer was cold, definitely one of the best wing spots around!
Excellent restaurant! I have some funky food allergies. When I called to inquire about their menu, the hostess, Chloe, and the manager, Carlo, were both very knowledgeable and helpful. They knew about ingredients and helped me navigate the menu. We did take out and the order was ready on time and the food was delicious!! For a multitude of reasons (large portions, allergy-friendly, ease of ordering, etc) we will definitely be back. So glad to have found this place :)
Very good sauces. Caution ordering the velocity wings, these do not come tossed in sauce, but naked with sauce on the side. The wings are nice and crunchy though!
I've been in the Lorton are for 3 yrs. I haven't found a better place for chicken.nMy preference is the Velocity Signature fried (all flats). Whenever I'm in the area, no questions asked I'm getting Velocity. Can't leave out the great customer service at the Fairfax location.
