UPDATE: I did as they said on their form they sent me, and they still didn't refund me for the hair in my food. Super gross. Was here yesterday for a friend's birthday. Waitress was nice and food was ok, cheese curds delicious as always. Unfortunately there was a HAIR in my food, so she did replace it for me (hopefully it was actually replaced, waitress was nice but I don't know the kitchen staff). I would've appreciated if they would've taken that off of my check since there was a literal hair (not mine, not who I was with, not the waitress') it was curly, thin, and short. Won't be going back here. Also seems super understaffed?

Very ridiculous staff. Asked me to come directly without reservation, and I said them that I will be there at 8:45pm, they said we had plenty of room for dine in. When I went there, they have asked me stand by for 30 minutes. Which goes to 9:15pm and they said they will not accept any customers who drinks after 9:30pm. They would have say me before when I called them to reserve for 8:45pm. When I asked the same at the store when I walked in, they simply said that won't accept the customers at this moment in Very arrogant behavior. No decency to treat the customers at all.nnIf you convey any message regards to the timings, please post it on your website.nAnyways, We are chilling at home. Cheers to the staff ud83dudc4d

I was always a fan of their wings. Today I tried their smoked brisket burger and it was so good. Their customer service was also good. I highly recommended them.

Was feeling indecisive on what to eat one night so I decided to try this place. Saw the cheese curds that looked very appetizing so I ordered a regular size to try (I’m pretty sure my sodium skyrocketed with how salty they ended up being). Wasn’t in the mood to get a big order of food so in addition I ordered a kids boneless chicken with fries. The order comes with 4 boneless wings (only ate two because they were so dry). The fries are a small handful and you only have the option of choosing regular or chocolate milk. I opted to get a large Dr. Pepper instead and when I picked up my order, the girl asked if I wanted ice with it (why wouldn’t you want ice with a soda?!). Got my order and the “large” is the same size cup of a small drink at McDonald’s. The person who took my order mentioned there would be an extra fee and I said that’s fine. $17+ and I could have spent that money on something better. Wasn’t impressed and mostly everything seems kind of overpriced (considering the quality/quantity). The only positive about the experience is the friendliness of the staff.

I am never one to write a review about an establishment. When I have a customer service issue, I always contact the establishment directly, however I must share my experience.nnOn 12/2, I placed an order for delivery on the mobile app for 40 wings and fries. About 20 minutes after placing my order, I received a call stating that the order was placed incorrectly, it will be canceled. I will need to place a new order through the app and a credit will be processed for the canceled order. I asked the representative if she can place the order over the phone and she informed me that she is unable to assist me and I will need to replace the order using the app.nn(Fast Forward) Once I received the delivery, I only received 20 wings out of the 40 piece wings that I ordered. (this is not the first time, I received my order with missing items). I contacted the establishment, at first I was informed that I would need to come pick the wings up as they do not have anyone who can deliver them or a credit can be processed for the missing part of my order. After a LONG detailed conversation with the manager, the wings were delivered and for my inconvenience the manager still offered to credit me back for the wings that I had to wait an additional hour or so to receive.nnFirst, the credit was not processed. l had to follow up with business to speak with another manager about the credit that should have been processed on that day and due to the lack of communication amongst management, I had to re-explain the experience.nnAs of today, I have yet to receive a FULL CREDIT for the order that was canceled, and I have NOT received the partial credit for the wings. That night, I spent $118.17 for 40 wings, a single basket of fries, and about two hours or so for delivery.nnI WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!!!
