Shoe Dept. Encore

Their store cashier ( woman ) was not nice and not respectful at all. I was the one who paid for my shoes yesterday but she give the change to my companion. She should mind what she was doing to not offend their customers. Their shoes selection was really good but their cashier..nevermind.

Anthony “Tony” Wolf was a fantastic and helpful salesman. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, waited patiently with me as I tried on shoes, and helped me pick out the right pair. I bought two pairs in fact! Singlehandedly the best experience I’ve had at any store in the River Ridge Mall. Thank you!!!

Let me explain what and why i am giving this review. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this store and paid with my debit card. I took them home and tried them on and they were just not a good match for anything i owned. So i returned them. This is where it gets good. 2 days later i have still not seen a refund to my account. As we all know it takes 15 seconds for them to get their money, but they can't return it in 24 hours. This is really poor service at all levels. I called the store their reply was it could take up to two weeks. So be weary shopping at places like this.
