Their insurance and billing department is absolutely the worst. First they couldn't get my insurance filed correctly. They sent a bill for almost 700 to collections that wasn't even properly filed. Second after getting that straight after weeks months of arguing to get this corrected they said everything was filed and paid come to find out they have a second account that was owed like 35 $ instead of reaching out to me once again they send that to collections. I could have paid it with my health savings card with no problem. Now they are trying to say its not their mistake again and I'm responsible. People I just got you to fix your mess up the 1st time I can't organize your billing issues you need to step up take responsibility file your stuff correctly and when their is something messed up fix it instead of acting as if it is your customers responsibility. They consume so much of my time it is frustrating and I will never take myself or my kids to this place again. O and by the way you gotta seal with a 3rd party billing company and a separate collection agency and neither are respectful and treated me as if this was my mistake. My husband goes to spectra and although it is opposite direction I can say we never had a problem with bills and they were never rude to us always had stuff billed correctly and is a honest company. I hope somebody reads this and saves themselves the headache.

I no longer procrastinate going to the doctor. I know Dr. Smithson will be honest and straight forward with me, and do what needs to be done to get me feeling better. Thank you!!

Dr. Cox and his staff are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. They listen so well and they truly want your input. I had a splinter on the bottom of my foot. They noticed it when they were cutting my toe nails. The nurse took out the splinter. She asked the doctor to look over her work. He can in a few minuets to look over it. He said it was fine. I went to get my xrays on my right foot. The doctor came in a few minutes to discuss everything. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I love this group of wonderful doctors and staff.

Doctor Barnard is very personable and knowledgeable. I did not want to go through a shoulder surgery. He gave me all my options, and I selected an injection for my inflamed shoulder. Pain free afterward. I highly recommend him.

I would recommend Dr Gondi to anyone having problems with lower extremities. I had surgery a few weeks ago and am already walking on the leg with NO problems at all.. Answers all questions you may have thoroughly..Great Bedside manner. Staff is courteous and wait time is minimal.. Highly Recommend
