absolutely amazing ! staff is so sweet + they are really quick too!!

Went online made appointment. Got there about 4:45pm. Appointment was 5. Upfront everything went well. Once I go back in room. I waited and waited. Then a lady comes in and tells me. Oh you are done and can leave. I was like ah I haven't seen a doctor yet. She left and came back and told me some reason they had me checked out. Now they close at 6. So maybe 5 minutes before closing the doctor comes in. Felt rushed. Tried explaining how I was feeling and doctor was rude. Blew me off. Told me oh if you get worse go to ER. So why did I go there? Lesson learned. They were ready to leave and I was an after thought. No thanks

Best experience! The folks at the check in were very nice and the wait was not long because they have 3 providers working! The nurse was kind. The nurse practitioner, Sherri Moore was AWESOME! She took time to listen, she was professional, she understood that I was away from home traveling for work and almost in tears. She gave me the treatment that I needed and they even called in the prescriptions in a town that I was going through about 16 miles away so that I could keep traveling for work AND stop at get my prescriptions without a long wait. This office goes above and beyond! The NP even said for me to call her back the next day if I was not better.

I had a great experience here recently. Everyone I encountered from the time I walked in was kind and professional. I was able to check in online and only had to wait 10 mins or so to be seen. I will definitely be using their services again.

I would not recommend this walk in care facility. The staff is very nice but the providers/doctors are not attentive to details and seem to be unreliable when it comes to prescribing medication.nThe first time I was given a prescription for a medication I am allergic to (azithromycin) which was clearly stated in my chart and I clearly stated on arrival. I did not know they had prescribed it until I was at my pharmacy. If I had not read the label thoroughly I would have taken it without a thought.nThe second time I was prescribed a medication for an illness (the flu) I did not have. The flu test was negative and the medication I was given (tamiflu) is not supposed to be taken unless the test is positive. My husband also went in with the same concern about the flu. His test was negative but the provider did not offer him tamiflu. This was the same day and the same provider. He also complained of a possible ear/sinus infection. The provider found infection, offered to clean his ear, and asked for our pharmacy location to call in a prescription but never did it. My husband never received a prescription and will have to see our primary care doctor tomorrow.nIt seems medications are prescribed inappropriately and without thought, while other times needed medications are not given. It feels inconsistent and rushed. My primary care doctor is there to take care of us even after we leave, but this facility did not address the issues just a few minutes after the fact when I called. If I pay for a visit it’s important for a doctor to do his or her upmost to make sure a patient has been cared for and is on the way to recovery. This walk in facility does not provide that kind of care. Their primary concern is to operate as a business not as a care facility. Once I left there was no acknowledgment or attempt to fix or walk back mistakes.
