MedExpress Urgent Care

They were nice, pleasant and professional. My son and I were treated with respect. They took the time to explain everything with whatever they did for both my son and I. They listened and answered every question we had and even went the extra mile to see if I had anymore.

Although the wait was long, the staff was incredible. They handled the situation with grace and kindness. I was treated as though I was the only patient they had. I cannot say enough about the staff at this location. I want to thank the nurse who helped me initially as well as the NP who met with me afterwards and the manner in which they treated me. Wonderful!

Just got back from getting stitches here. I'm visiting from out of state, so had a little trepidation about going to urgent care. However, every person we interacted with was extremely nice - from the ladies at the front desk, to the nurse, to the physician who treated me. He told me everything he was doing at every step and before I left, had me repeat back his instructions on how to take care of my wound for the next two weeks to be sure I had taken it all in. Overall, the people here ended up turning a rather painful situation into a pleasant experience.

This place is an absolute joke, have tried to go in twice in the last 6 months for pretty simple/minor stuff and have been turned away both times. It’s been nothing but excuses why I couldn’t be seen. Get your act together or close the doors and get a better staff.

Had to wait about 3-4 hours, but they advertised this letting me know it would be a long wait. Staff, nurses, and doctors were professional, informative, and friendly. They definitely remain busy during this pandemic, but everyone seemed efficient in their position.
