ICU staff was kind and courteous during my short stay. Facility was clean and everyone I encountered was professional and polite. Didn’t have a chance to taste the food due to my medical emergency. Would recommend to family and friends.

This facility had the absolute nicest ER staff I’ve ever come into contact with. Very kid friendly, very professional. I felt they truly listened and understood my concerns. Keep up the great work! Y’all are appreciated.

Had to go to the emergency room tonight and they were so quick and efficient and got you in and out in less than an hour unbelievable for an emergency room visit because we all know Lynchburg general takes forever

I was seen today at Bedford location due to dehydration from ongoing nausea since covid from 5 wks ago. All the staff from the receptionist covid screener doctor and nurses were spot on.. i was treated promptly and professionally. After my treatment today I definitely would recommend.

The very best hospital I've ever been to. I was treated like a queen. I moved here from the DC, Baltimore area. Hospitals in that area has a lot to be desired, between drug problems and rudeness. Bedford Hospital truly has the nicest people working there, and they treat you like they care about you.
