Centra Rehabilitation - Nationwide Drive

On two occasions I have had the misfortunate of dealing with the front office of this establishment. The first time, a couple of weeks ago, I attempted to return a call from my doctor's nurse assistant and the call was not transferred nor was my message apparently delivered. I had to go to the office to provide the nurse with my response. Today when I called with a question about my current prescrptions, I was not permitted to speak with the nurse nor would the staff member deliver my message because I could not give her the medical prescription name for these same drugs prescribed by this establishment. I was treated disrespectful and feel Centra has forgot the role as medical providers. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, I was told her supervisor would tell me the same and that she was going to hang up on me. She didn't get a chance! Please know that I respect and value my physician care - she has been my doctor for as long as she has been practicing and I followed her to this facility but I would not recommend this place to anyone and unfortunately will now seek medical care elsewhere.
