The Doctor is very rude. Went with my sister for a full panel blood test and she came out crying. Not very professional and clearly has never worked with women before and dismissed all her issues. She came in just for thyroid levels since the concern of it running in the family and wanted to make sure she still had normal levels. Nothing more nothing less. Yet you told her it was worthless to check but that's what she scheduled for? Didn't know that made it okay for you to over comment about her weight and repeatedly ask if she was pregnant which no, after her endometriosis surgery she is definitely not that. Please read more into your patients before talking like that to them. But to the nurse that was there, you did an excellent job! Thanks for insisting for her and making her feel better!

Amazing Doctors and Staff VERY clean and efficient

I wish i could give zero stars because i would worse practice ever ill never deal with centra again always have bad experiences and this one topped the cake for me no compassion whatsoever and the level of care was basically none it was a waste my first visit was my last visit the nurses are awesome but the doctor i saw shouldnt be let near another human being for care just not good at all!!!!! I wont be back thats for sure i guess centra only uses the information from another centra office everything was outdated i wouldnt recommend them to anybody especially with serious medical issues!!!

Worst doctor's experienced I've ever had. This was a check-up, and my first visit here. It took well over an hour to get taken back. Once taken back, i was taken to a storage room while they cleaned the room I was going to. Was told the reason it took so long is because the DR was very thorough. Turns out it was the opposite. He spent about 2 minutes giving me an exam, would not take my bloodwork because i hadn't fasted for 8+ hours, (even though i was never told that i needed to do so). So now i have to take another day off of work for that. The only other thing that i requested (only because the dr. asked if I wanted it) was the flu shot, WHICH I WAS NEVER GIVEN. I spent over 2 hours there just to have my BP, reflexes, ears, and heartbeat/lungs checked.

When Dr David Danner left the practice to go into more admin role the quality of Care went out the door. There are several NPs there and I had no choice but to see one on my visit.I employ FNPs in my own practice and had they performed as the one I saw Did they would be terminated. Nursing care is excellent at the center however if you are sick you have to wait several days to get in and this is not during flu season. When you are being seen by a provider and they put their own biases into your treatment plan then you know this is poor Care.. I know what I needed but felt I was Bullied by the provider because of certain issues with my medicine. This has been consistent before Dr Danner left he always gave superb care and the other practitioners medocre. The provider that treated me used her personal bias to make me upset. I hope they get docs in and move the NPs out .. the one that saw me was horrific
