Amazing food, friendly staff, great and attentive service! I’ve had one negative experience here, which was when some kind of miscommunication happened with the waiter and the kitchen, and our order never was received by the kitchen so we were waiting almost an hour after ordering before we finally got our food. We did not complain, but our waiter felt bad and insisted that he wanted to let the manager know... The manager came out and was extremely apologetic and took both meals off of the tab! The rest of my experiences here have been great! The beer battered chicken tenders are amazing, and the mozzarella spinach sticks appetizers are a MUST every time! DROOL! The food tastes so fresh and the vibes here always so good! You have a choice to sit upstairs or downstairs, balcony/patio seating, on a nice breezy day the upstairs balcony seating is so nice. I give this place 5 starts and I highly recommend this place!

I had posted a rating after eating here during a soft launch that was a bit critical... But I am revising to five stars because I think I might be on the wrong side of history! I can't comment on the service as I have only ordered take out due to COVID, but the flavors are working for me and my wife...to the point that my wife is in danger of liking seafood just from eating the crab cakes. I didn't think that was possible... Thank you Iron and Ale!

2 stars is based solely upon the service, which was truly outstanding and deserving of 5 stars. The food was just so bad it pulls it down.nnMajority food was just technically/text book incorrectly cooked--risotto was still crunchy, roasted cauliflower simply uncooked, ribeye steak not rendered. Otherwise, flavors could have been expanded and may have been amazing. But, at the end of the day, we spend $120 on something that wasn't properly cooked.

My mom and I had lunch here while I was in town visiting. I LOVE their food. I had a burger with roasted cauliflower! I have never had cauliflower so good honestly. My mom had their crabcake sandwich with green beans equally as delicious. You should definitely make a trip here. You won't be disappointed!

I just want to say that this is the best place in all of Lynchburg. I want to give a special thanks for Aaron, Tony and Dustin! They’re such great servers and even better bartenders!! I highly suggest that you request them when you come here. You won’t be disappointed with their drinks!
