Macado's

This is an excellent example of a very poorly run restaurant. The restaurant was pretty empty but we were told that we had a 20 minute wait because the kitchen had too many tickets. I guess you guys don't like business. This used to be a cool place to go but it is not good anymore.

Great service.

I had two different experiences. I ordered them yesterday Mac and cheeseburger and the macados club GREAT. Today I ordered a big daddy they forgot my sauces, fries were cold, bread was soggy. It was a mess. I spoke to the manager and he was friendly about fixing this problem with fresh entrees.

The customer service is extremely poor. Walked in and there was no one available to greet us. Another customer saw us standing and said someone will be with you shortly. Stood there for another 5 minutes and the same customer walked over to the bartender and asked if she wanted to help us and seat us. The bartender replied no. Will never go here again. Thank you to the customer for caring enough.

The food and atmosphere were great. I'll most definitely be back. The staff was great too.
