Outback Steakhouse

Normally, they are consistently enjoyable. Good job, consistent quality and pleasant service. Not today, a $23 steak that had NEVER seen heat. Looked as if it had been sliced to rest and forgotten.nNever once were we asked how everything was. Drinks were empty. We were not asked if we wanted dessert or h boxes, only if we were ready for the check and they were not busy. No manager walking around like normal. Very disappointing.nIf I were the server and saw an entire entree steak untouched, I would ask Was everything ok?

Very disappointing. For decades I have enjoyed Outback Steakhouse in other cities, but this location is not a good. The first time I attempted to eat here there was a 30 minute wait. Because of Co-void, no one could wait in the lobby. So they asked for a cell phone number to make contact when a table was available. Since it was cold outside, we left and waited somewhere else for the text. After an hour wait, we decided to eat elsewhere. I'm gad we did because I never received a text!nnSo as not to judge too quickly, I returned a few days later and was able to get a table quickly. The restaurant had no more than 10 guests. The server was pleasant, but unfortunately the service was very slow. It took over 15 minutes to have a server approach us for drinks. Then, we were amazed how long getting drinks and bread took, not to mention the food. I'm not typically impatient, but waiting another 15 minutes to receive the drinks with a near empty restaurant is unsatisfactory. Once the food came (approx. 45 minutes after arrival), it was alright, just not the quality of presentation or taste that I've experienced at other Outback locations. With restaurants across the nation struggling to remain open, I hope the management will take the necessary steps to make it a viable and attractive restaurant in this community.

Our waitress had the attention span of a gerbil.nAbsolutely the worst service that we have received anywhere in a long time.nIf you want to go to Outback for your meal, don't pick this one!nShe was nice enough but didn't get any part of our order correct. Promised to fix it and then obviously forgot about it. We had to remind her 3 times about our drink order. And judging by how long it took to get them she didn't even put them in until the 3rd time. And the place was nearly dead, I can only imagine how much worse the service would've been had they been busy.nThe food itself was typical Outback food. Decent steaks, not the best that you've had but far from the worst.nBut based on the poor service and poor attitude of the management, I would not recommend eating here.

Service was super delayed. Albeit pleasant, the waitress still got my order incorrect. The food wasn't bad, but nothing to rave over. A simple family meal had us hostage for over 2 hours.

Good service. Did was good. Just very pricey.
