Applebee's Grill + Bar

This place is ran by a manager/supervisor with zero effort for customer service. Never have I been to eat there and got quick service, but always was team effort at work. That is not the case tonight. Watched manager/supervisor woman walk around and wipe on things and other waitresses walking about while our tables entire order sat in the window. It sat there complete while our waitress was taking a to go order over the phone for nine minutes. The ladies walked by the food sitting there numerous times and finally decided to pick up the plates. She took them to the wrong table and then approached our table. At this same time the place not busy had three people sat including us. Folks came after us at table nearby ordered, got their drinks, food, ate, paid, and was walking out when this waitress approached our table.nNo thank you. It is not our waitress fault. She was doing her job. She was kind, but the manager who cancelled our order wasn’t. She said all of the food wasn’t on the plates. I explained to her yes it was because I saw it sitting there while she and others kept walking by the food. She proceeded to to say “have a nice day” smart like and never looked at me while speaking.nThis was the last time. I will go to Rocky Mount. No more. You want good service then look elsewhere. Manager couldn’t care if people came in or not. Shame on her.

The young lady waiting tables, running the bar and do to go orders, was amazing!! We ordered to go on 1/4/21.

Great food, my waitress April was amazing. Was traveling through, i want to go back for the same experience.

The food was okay the waiter was really nice I give it a five-star
