Buffalo Wild Wings

First, we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, despite there being no wait, open tables, and plenty of wait staff walking around. Second, we waited at least 45 minutes for our food. The service was okay, but I would have appreciated some sort of discount or explanation as to why our food took 45 minutes when the restaurant was not even close to being full. If it’s this slow during Covid, what’s gonna happen when one day they reach full capacity again?!

I placed an online takeout order - the wings combo with potato wedges. The food was delicious, fresh and still hot after traveling back home. I made a special request for the wings, all flat and extra crisp, they got it correct and nothing was missing from the order.nService was great, the part of the restaurant that I entered for pickup appeared neat, clean. I definitely recommend Buffalo Wild Wings and would eat here again.

Ordered online, was told order would be ready at 11am once I got there was informed they didn't open until 11am however I was able to get order 10 minutes later than app stated. Then they forgot to give me the soda I purchased. Will not use app again

Nothing like it used to be. Horrible management trickles down. Awful wait times for food whether it’s eat in or takeout. The only good thing is a few really nice staff.
