Not impressed. We have been bringing my grandmother here for her memory loss and dementia evaluations and what not, yet they called HER, not us, the one with these short term memory troubles, that they need to change the appointment time when they had our phone numbers. So of course we show up at the original time because grandma didn't remember this phone conversation. Maybe this was one of their tests to evaluate her or just a stupid decision on their part but it was an inconvenience and illogical of them.
