Have an old (30 year) Lawnboy mower that was messed up in the carberator and I didn't understand the problem. Called these terrific guys up and he explained everything I needed to know. Other shops didn't want to even talk which is understandable in these times.nWent in the next day with the carb and bought the tiny spring I needed and he showed me more about how the system worked which for me was invaluable.nI really miss this kind of customer service that's long gone these days.
