Outback Steakhouse

Service was slow. Had to asked more than once for extra dipping sauce for our cheese fries. After they were 3/4 gone our waitress finally brought it out. Never did get bread. Waters were never refilled. Got our main entrees, Alice Springs Chicken for me & Blooming fried chicken for my husband. Both of our chicken still had pink throughout. We sent it back to kitchen just to grill an extra minute or two just to be safe. In the meantime the manager comes to speak to us regarding our chicken and remarks snidely, you must like your chicken like my wife does. Extra well done. I looked under the lights in the kitchen & I seen no pink in your chicken. The manager was nice enough to take 1 of our meals off of our check but the waitress kept our gift card that had a balance still on it which we had to go looking for.

Wow, Ron was the greatest server.. Thank You Ron...You restored my faith in the kindness of those who serve patrons at a restaurant establishment. The food... and mostly the service was awesome. Keep up the great work. Thanks again Ron and Outback for having a great wait staff. The dinner and service was greatly appreciated from a pair of out of towners who want to RECOGNIZE an awesome dinner experience.

It was a fantastic meal. Kayla our waitress was outstanding. I had grilled salmon. Best I've ever eaten and the potato soup was yum. I highly recommend Outback. Today is our 57th anniversary. Couldn't have celebrated it with a better meal. Thanks!

We stop at this outback every time we head to the mountains. On this trip, our server Ethan asked what our choice was for dinner and I told him my husband and I would like the blooming chicken! He asked if we had it before? I told him yes it’s our favorite. (We’ve even had it at this location before) I asked why? He said his manager warned him that most older people (I guess that’s us) won’t like it because it’s not what folks expect for fried chicken. I assured him we love it and as long as it came out as it should all would be fine. I also ordered a loaded baked potato. The food came out, the chicken was overdone & my loaded baked potato only had cheese, sour cream and green onion on it. (No butter, bacon or chives). The table across from us got in an argument with Ethan and the steak that was supposed to be medium well and was still mooing. I guess the customer isn’t always right. It won’t stop us from eating at outback but wasn’t a perfect client experience.

My wife and I took my daughter and her husband to the Outback on Sunday.nnThe meal was excellent. Everything was perfectly prepared. Ribs, salad, potatoes, and wings were superb. The wait person was very attentive.nnI am looking forward to returning.
