Applebee's Grill + Bar

Great service and food except they tried to kill my husband by putting mushrooms on his food after he just told them he had an extreme allergy to them.

My experience is by far different than the others, we had a fella named Payton C or at least that’s what are ticket said.. he went above and beyond to make our visit as comfortable and pleasing as he could.. his personality stood out and we could tellnHe was very sincere in wanting us to be happy with our visit.. I hope this young man goes far in life, he deserves it!!!

Great food, drinks & service

Ordered a burger to go said “no pink” the burger was raw and bloody. Also ordered car side to go and left a tip for the service. They never brought it to me 20 minutes later had to go in and get it myself. Why did I tip you then? Anyways it’s the last time I’ll be going here that’s for sure.

Ordered carryout ahead of time. Arrived on time to pick it up, waited an additional 40 minutes along with several other people waiting before us. No one came out to explain anything, we heard other customers complaining to the staff and asking where their food was. After wasting so much time and no one getting any food, we just left. Clearly no one cares about the carryout customers. Even if running behind, we needed some kind of explanation. If someone would have just explained or at least said sorry for the wait we might have been understanding. Wasted time we won't get back on our trip.
