They had the items that Petsmart didn't.
Not bad not good. Boring. Some staff said hi. Outside of that uneventful visit. I would not go back.
Reptiles are not cared for properly. They sell the wrong things for certain animals just to make money. Shame on Petco. Care better for your animals & give people the correct information so the animals they buy for are cared for correctly.nAlso, they will never have crickets or worms in stock.
Great variety and super clean. Never long lines when I go and fast service with great customer service. Some things are a bit pricey but they give good deals.
I went in all ready to buy a Pleco fish and had the food, and stones and tank, was about to have one employee get he fish out and another employee (possibly the shirt manager) told me I could not buy the fish that was maybe an inch long because the tank I had was too small. The plan was to get a larger tank when the fish grew... but I guess she didn't want to sell anything to me today! Will not be going back there, put a horrible taste in my mouth.
