I buy my retaining wall blocks near Jersey Shore,PA. These are HEAVY, SOLID, good looking blocks that hold back a wall of dirt that my garage is cut in to. The wall is 5ft high and 100ft long. The pallets of block all said Beavertown Block. They are a good, consistent quality product.

Purchased 10 pallets of two tone retaining wall blocks. 2 pallets were one tone. Contacted them to fix the issue. Offered no resolution and said there is nothing we can do about it. Terrible quality control and even worse customer service.

I've e-mailed twice! I really wanted to be their customer but after waiting...and waiting...and waiting for an answer I finally gave up. Apparently they have more business than they can handle - so go someplace else.
