great service, price adjustment to match online price. staff following guidelines to sanitize carts and limit amount of customers in store at once. staff offering help to customers to speed up shopping trip.nnUpdate:12/31/20 took my puppy here for the first time and Kelly did a fabulous job grooming my pup.

Great selection of pet supplies. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The groomer treated my dog like a prince even though we were only getting a simple nail clipping. The negative is that they don't list the same prices in store as online for certain items which means that I have to have them price match them. Thankfully, this isn't a big issue.

I just wanted to say this location has the best reptile, invertebrate, and amphibian care I’ve seen yet! Enclosures are spotless and the humidity is well maintained. I’ve seen too many pet stores where the ball pythons (especially) are covered in shed, dehydrated and piled in one tank, but this place has them all in their own cozy cribs and their scales are clean and iridescent! Love this place!

I went in to have my two dogs nails trimmed. I was informed immediately upon enty the grooming room that it was appointment only because of Covid. What???????? And also my 2 40lb dogs were too big for the groomer to handle. What????????? Why in the world would you hire a groomer who can't lift a 40 pound dog. What????? So now I will bring my dogs elsewhere, and buy all their extras at Chewy.com. I suggest you do the same! Complete and utter waste of my time...
