They are quick and easy to deal with, and helpful, when needed. Also, always seem to have better deals than their competitors. I don't automatically give them the nod. I compare and still, almost each time, they have the nod, financially. I assume they make it up with the amount of business. I used to think Pet Smart, first, until I compared & found out I was wrong. You are doing it right.

I went in for some stuff needed for my daughter's ferret and Erik help us and went beyond ringing our purchase to helping us find information about our ferret.
