I've recently become a regular here and I have to say that the service and staff are stellar!!! They are knowledgeable and friendly, and really just want to make sure your little pet gets whatever they need. I highly recommend going in here for whatever you need, or just to browse and learn. Every time I go in for something, I learn about something new and awesome.

Clean, organized, and well stocked. Employees are helpful and friendly. Some sale and clearance items could be stocked in a more organized fashion and with actual clearance prices is my one concern. My other concern is, though the Employees are kind and professionally, 9/10 times there's an issue with check-out. For example: bags breaking, inappropriate size bag used, items not scanning/ register issues. This often creates longer lines.

The place is very big and spacious. Lots of pet items in the store. Sometimes they would have animals on display and it’s my favorite part. There’s a lot of fishes to pick from!

Excellent customer service. She was pleasant, kind, and efficient! Good customer service is hard to find these days. It was a pleasure to shop there and I will be back because of her--I just wish I got her name.
