Petco

Have pretty much you need for pet supplies. I have been here for few times. For fresh water fish, I’m not always get what I want (mostly out of stock).

I like the store, however, Petco didn’t have the “ Fresh Pet. “ dog food I feed my two Boxers. I also didn’t hear the sad, sick little puppy mill pups in the back, which made me feel better about shopping in your store.

Very well stocked. Always have what I'm looking for. Get all my dog and cat toys and food here.

*UPDATE* 1/1/21nWent back to get my dog's nails trimmed because his regular place was closed and wanted to give a second chance. I called to verify they were available for grooming and was told to bring vaccination records this time. So already an improvement. When I got there, the groomer that assisted was very nice and cheerful. My pup was taken back promptly and finished quickly. I'm changing to 4 stars as a result.nnThe employees in the RETAIL part of the store are great, hands down. Always very helpful and with smiling faces.This store's only redeeming quality. The product availability and selection is sorely lacking, you're better off ordering from Chewy or Amazon. And be aware that although nowhere is it on their website nor is it stated if you call ahead, they will ask you to provide rabies vaccination paperwork from your vet before grooming. Even if it's just for a nail trim. Super inconvenient and frustrating if you've made the effort to call ahead before bringing your pup all the way to the store, only to be told once you get there that it was a wasted effort because they need actual rabies paperwork and not just the tag required to take your dog literally anywhere else in State College. Fail on Petco's part. I understand wanting verification for safety etc, but not informing your customer nor providing the info on your website, and then the unoccupied groomer copping an attitude in store about it is a bad look for their company.

Do not bring your husky here. The groomers can’t handle howling. They will call you 15 mins after you drop your dog off to tell you to come pick them up and then tell you your dog is no longer allowed back.
