We came in to buy a pet frog for our son's birthday. He saw the bearded dragons and fell in love. We had not researched the bearded dragons, so we had no idea what we needed. Your store associate, Kristian, was super helpful. He went over everything with us and assisted with finding everything we needed to setup a tank. Very much appreciated. Kristian did a fantastic job and was super knowledgeable. He deserves recognition. Thank you!

My dog's trainor, Erica, was a great instructor. I loved working with her. And she did an amazing job with my dog, Honey bee. The change in honey bee was remarkable. Everyone in my family noticed it. I highly recommend her!!

Was there to replace a hamster with a guinea pig for my daughter twice in a week. Both times I received excellent, companionate, and professional service. I believe Mike was the first team member. The second, was a younger gentleman. Please take the time to look up both of these members from my PAL account and acknowledge their performance. Its not easy to find this level of employees these days. I purchased the two separate pigs for each and I believe they registered the critters.

I was looking for a calming treat for my dog's upcoming grooming appointment. I was looking around and a store person asked if I needed help - he walked me to the area and helped me pick out what I needed. No pressure in buying the biggest or most expensive. Just honest and friendly service. Good job - I believe his name was Jeff. He also had to answer calls in between assisting me and other guests.

Today we took our dog Duke to Petco to get groomed for the first time. The groomer he had was named Autumn. She did a phenomenal job! I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. I have never seen his coat so shiney and so soft. There is not one flake of dandruff on him. His nails were long and overgrown. Now they are short and sweet. She said he did great and had no issues. We were shocked but happy to hear because he is so grumpy with us whenever we try to groom him or cut his nails. If you are thinking about taking your dog there, do it! You will not regret it!
