Gifts 'N Things

Gifts 'N Things has the most awesome customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Professional and compassionate are two of the words to describe them. My six year old grandson purchased a special 'Grandma' mug for me as a Christmas present using his own allowance money. He purchased it at his school from the third party vendor, Gifts 'N Things. A week ago the mug was accidently dropped and broke into pieces causing a huge disappointment for me. My daughter suggested I contact customer service at Gift 'N Things to see if I could purchase another one. I spoke with a very kind customer service representative, Angie, who told me she would replace the mug at no additional cost to me. I have received this treasured gift and it is exactly the same mug as my grandson gave to me. I am overwhelmed by the kindness both Angie and Vice President of sales, Ben Rainford displayed. They get it on how treasured these gifts are to us! This was above and beyond customer service. Thank you to Gift 'N Things for making my day!

Our PTSA has used this company every year for the past 5-6 yrs. They make it run so easily both before during and after the sale! The products are well priced and there is a good assortment of items to appease different family members! Watching the kids shop is the best part!
