Very helpful staff. Olivia was knowledgeable and very helpful. Another staff member whose name I didn't catch had previously helped me get the best deal that AT&T were offering at that time. All in all, very helpful, hands-on approach of all the staff.

Be careful with Nick Kumanchik. He was very nice when taking in two trade-ins and adding a line while keeping my bill around the same price. What he didn’t say, is that it could have been $50 cheaper! It took two visits with a baby and toddler, some time on the app and a phone call to customer service to take all of the add-on options that he added back off. Even on my second visit to verify the high emailed price, he reluctantly took off the att next and elite package off two lines, but had the gall to add on a 4 line protection package. When I called, he claimed that I asked for it. Very sneaky and deceptive.

Nick M was the best experience we've ever had at AT&T. We came in and were going to cancel all of our service after 20plus years. He was very understanding and professional and explained everything about our service to us. We ended up staying with AT&T and got a new bundle which saved a nice bit of money monthly

Nick M and Amanda were great! Went in for a phone case and left with a great deal on cable!! Thanks guys!
