If I could give a -0 I would definitely do it. Just an awful place the Eye Doctor's aren't people friendly and the staff is incompetent to do the knowledge of glasses as far the difference between readers and prescription. Will not be recommending or ever going back.nThe frames are cheap and easily break just horrible had to go to another eyeglass place just to purchase some excellent new glassed.

I arrived literally 30 seconds late and was told to reschedule. This after they did my eye exam COMPLETELY wrong and I had to go get a new exam. My 15 year old glasses were better than what they charged me $500 for. There's nothing professional here. Do not waste your time! And I'm at 412588four527 if you need more info. They are trash!

I had the best experience at Visionworks at the Waterfront this past fall. I was having a very difficult time with my eyes and I had to undergo three eye surgeries. Over a matter of months, my vision kept changing. The staff particularly Stacey Edwards, were fantastic! Stacey was kind, attentive and worked closely with me at every visit to insure that I had the best glasses solutions possible. I couldn't have made it through without her and Visionworks!! Very appreciative.

I just visited Visionworks at the waterfront and had the very best service! The doctor was kind and patient as she walked me through a new diagnosis! Patti, the manager on duty, waited on me herself. She was so helpful in guiding me through the process of choosing glasses that would fit my face and my daily life. She answered all of my (several) questions honestly and with care. I couldn’t have had a better appointment! I highly recommend this store which is staffed by the best people!
