Owner was very nice and super friendly will definitely be visiting again.
I went to the store in-person. Great shop. Was able to pick up supplies for my project and was able to find a new one.
Placed an order August 8th, 2020. After 3 weeks I sent an email asking if they had an estimate on ship date. No answer to my email. Tried calling - didn't answer phone and could not leave a message . Emailed again a week later. No response. Finally on the 3rd email I got a response from Maeann Bush on September 7th and she said that they had been waiting for the pattern I ordered to arrive and my order would be shipping September 8th. I never received a shipping notice. 3 weeks later still nothing. Sent 2 more emails asking if it had shipped. No response. Tried calling twice more - no answer to their phone calls and no way to leave a message. I finally had to file a fraud report with my bank on October 2nd that they had charged my card 2 months before and never shipped my order. I was fine waiting for my order because it was a pattern I had been looking for for a long time if they would have just communicated what was going on. With being ignored and no communication at all, I will not shop there again. Which is too bad because I wanted to get rolaframes but I won't order from them again.
After waiting several months for a product that never came in I requested a refund. 2 weeks later I'm in dispute with the company via paypal and still waiting for my money. Also, the company does not answer the phone or emails.
The review I left wasn’t right. I received my order late because he had only one person working on all the orders he had received. Worth the wait. Sorry for the last review. Very nice. Good customer service.
