I have mixed reviews about this place. The service people are FANTASTIC. So friendly and helpful and always on time. My pellet stove was cleaned to perfection recently and was completed quicker than scheduled so I got a discount which was AMAZING.nnThe customer service here, however, could be vastly improved. I dread calling every time knowing the rude and unpleasant voice that answers on the other end. We are paying customers, maybe don’t sound annoyed when you are answering the phone.

I've been using Robbins for years for various needs from lawn seed fertilizer wood pellets flowers plants for the garden mulch. Always a pleasure and support small business
