BAD experience....nI did take a 1/2 day off from work to receive a delivery of 3 tons of pellet in the morning.nAfter waiting for 2 hours, I decide to call and confirm a better morning time for deliver.nThe manager said was for the afternoon, did not care what so ever…it’s very unfair someone thinks that a client’s time it’s not important.nWasted my time waiting for them at home, not to mention wasted ½ day at work.nThe person in the phone didn’t have any respect to me as a client.nI also request to speak with the owner and she did refuse to transfer the call.nNow I will have to waste another time from work,nI did make a request to receive the invoice and new delivery time by email… have not received so far.nShe describe been the responsible and manager of the place… I think they have to reevaluate the manager people’s skills and manners.nI hope no more problems to the second delivery…

Went for the first time recently after not having any success at 3 other Pellet Stores. I needed a custom exhaust system for my Pellet stove. I met with an employee there and he detailed the exhaust system with me based on the information I gave him. Later I completed he install and all the exhaust piping synced like a dream! All set! Thank you for your time and effort and for having everything I needed all in one place. NOTE: I just read the two reviews posted above . . . They are for Pellets Direct not this store? Extremely expensive stove parts. I was going to buy pellets from them but after asking how much for a brekwell stove ignitor cost.. $120+ vs. $39 O.E on ebay.. i decided to take my entire business somewhere else. I understand they are making a living but there's no need for a $80+ mark up on a single part. The staff was otherwise very friendly and helpful
