We ADORE this business. Charlie is like a family member. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for him. And their self washing stations? This place is awesome. The one in Lunenburg is a diamond in the rough. The manager is super knowledgeable, they carry The Honest Kitchen, and the grooming girls are amazing with my rescue dog. I also like the rewards system- its actually worth having the card and checking my email. I saved 30$ on 20lbs of kibble last time I was in. Two thumbs up!!

Huge assortment of pet supplies. I went in for my dog and was not disappointed. Awesome customer service and super friendly. Lots of choices of dogs toys, treats, and food. And, some adorable dog sweaters.
This review is just for the self serve dog wash station. I went to wash my dog recently and the dog cleaning area was a huge mess. After washing my dog I picked up a towel to dry her off as I was using it I noticed she (and myself) were getting covered in dirt and dog hair. I don't think they are washed between use. Probably just dried after use. I had paid for the 5 wash package before covid so I'll use them up but will not purchase again.
