Excellent service. I was on the phone with their staff several times and they took the time to make sure I was ordering the right parts for my dated Husqrvana snowblower. The parts were ordered quickly and am back up-and-running. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience. The staff is friendly and answered all my questions and got a good price on a new Ariens SHO snowblower. Then, Toni deliverd our new machine in a snowstorm the next day. I call that great service!
I have known Toni for almost 2 decades, and let me tell you, you won’t find a more knowledgeable, caring, and amazing business owner - let alone lady. We just purchased a brand new blower and lawn mower from Toni’s State Line Power and are beyond impressed. Toni listened to what we needed and advised us with her expertise. We got such high quality equipment and they set up the mower and blower so that there is zero assembly required on our end. I am so impressed, and highly recommend them to anyone needed power equipment!
I've had my mower serviced here a few times, they picked it up when they said they would and dropped off when they said they would. Price seemed reasonable and the guys are friendly.
First time customer and it was not a good experience. I think they try hard but not good at communication. They may be the best repair people but it doesn’t help the customer if they can’t keep track of progress or lack of progress on the job. I made three trips to pick up the chain saw and was met with another excuse. The last excuse was that the job wasn’t done because I hadn’t used my saw in the last five years. I’m in the service business too and I never treat a customer with disrespect. The lady was nice but the young man at the counter needs a break!
