Closing all their banks for 17 business hours over three days leading into the holiday weekend during a single work week is not customer considerate! Especially with such limited services available at their atms so do it yourself options are a joke considering what can get done nowadays at other financial institutions.
Know what's nice about a bank? Having the option to visit a branch or never having to visit a branch. I enjoy all the online banking options such as using the phone app to deposit funds or check balances. Most recently the app was updated and it's even easier than before to deposit a check. Woot, woot for the customer! I can do all my banking virtually while having a bank that I can trust. I work directly with Donna the Manager at the Leominster branch and she is always accommodating and knows her stuff. When I have visited the branch all the branch team members are very friendly. Why not bank Hometown, everything you need in a bank.
Honestly If you are not banking with Hometown Bank you are crazy .. Donna at the Leominster location and her team are out of this world ... I can't think of any other bank that does what they do for their customers ... I am not just speaking for myself ... but also for so many other friends I know who bank with them ... if I could select 10 starts I would ... congrats Donna on an amazing team

Great bank. I had switched to Workers Credit Union cuz it was closer, what a mistake I am switching right back to Bank Hometown.
