Avoid at all costs. They don't know how to order blood and urine tests, don't call you back about said tests, quite frankly they don't try to reach out to you at all. This place is a headache and I dont know how they are still in business. Again, avoid at all costs.

The Pawtucket office is horrible. I went there with Bronchitis and they refused to give me an antibiotic or anything. Kept saying it was viral. I know my body better than they do. Ended up at Urgent care 3 days later with Pnemonia! My white blood cells were so high they wanted to send me to the hospital. I needed one of my prescriptions filled and they made me make an appointment so I lost time from work and had to pay a copay just to go in and have them hand me the prescription. Today I call because I an having allergies and my eyes are really itchy and they told me to go to Urgent care! if they can't even treat allergies imagine what would happen if you really need them for something serious. Horrble place. I will never go back there!

Very inefficient practice, long wait times, poor communication. Even for picking up documents I had to wait for over an hour. I would not recommend this practice!
