My husband and I have been regular patrons of Lucky Dog since it opened. The food is delicious with a charming, cozy atmosphere. However, our last visit was very disappointing. We have dined there several times since the Covid epidemic and we are aware of the 75 minute time limit. The server immediately writes the arrival time on the tablecloth, which we feel is a little tacky. We both understand that Lucky Dog is a small establishment and that they are trying to accommodate as many diners as possible. During our last visit however, we were pushed out of our table! We did not have any appetizers and promptly ordered a glass of wine and dinner choice. After dinner, our server offered dessert which we declined but ordered another glass of wine. Within 5-10 minutes we were informed that we needed to move along as the next party was waiting for our table! I realize that it isn’t the server’s fault, he is just following protocol but why would he offer to bring us another drink? My husband is adamant that he will never go back. Maybe Lucky Dog should revisit their policy and extend the restrictions to 90 minutes.

Our first visit to Lucky dog was this past Saturday night. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. I had the Prime rib (excellent), my wife and other guest had the cuban and short rib pillow. The drinks were fantastic. We will be returning for sure.

I live in PA and called to order a Gift card for a friend in RI who loves Lucky Dogs (“best food in town”) I spoke to Jennifer who was more than helpful. It was from a group of co-workers to our leader so she mentioned that she had some Christmas cards at home and she would be happy to send it in. Not only did she do that, but she was extremely patient, wrote down all of the names along with our personal well wishes. I hear the the food is fantastic but the customer service that she provided from states away was above and beyond.

LUCKY DOG TAVERN IS MY FAVE SINCE IT OPENED. I DONT COOK, & SO I AM A FOODIEnFOR ALL OF MY MEALS. THIS PLACE HAS BROUGHT BACK MY TASTE BUDS.

Recommend 10 outta 10 food is super delicious and portion size is great! Will be going there alot more!nAlso the staff are very nice and always assist you before even running out of anything
