I had a rapid downward shift in my eyesight, called them this morning and got an emergency appointment at 5pm with extensive testing, pleasant and knowledgeable people. Extraordinary service in my opinion. Can't thank them enough.

Went in looking for frames and a quote for glasses. Let's just say that the customer service and friendliness from the staff was lacking. I felt like I was bothering them by being there. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
