Took my dog there for some shots. The process was quick and easy. Greeted by someone at the entrance and took some info and a photo of my dog. Following the blue arrows to the back of the store. Greeted by another helper and was very friendly to my dog before taking him inside the room.nnYou can see them being friendly interacting with my dog before giving him the shots. Made my dog at ease. Great service. Fast, friendly and efficient. Attention to detail. Staff is super sweet and upbeat.
Petco is great. The appt concierge/host was less than helpful. His tone was a little off and there wasn't much customer service. Just an interaction. The other host and vet(s) and cashier were awesome full of information asked and answered questions. Provided great service. Thank you.
It a good store but the priced for healthy dog food is ridiculously high.
