Went to Boston for a vacation . Walked in not expecting anything. The gentleman that was working was super nice and even offer for me to try on a shoe was on display. Super nice guys. Even though I failed a multiple attempts to purchase their limited release sneaker and failed miserably.nnDefinitely would come back next time I am back
Sold me shoes that were a limited release, charges my card, and then proceeds to tell me it was a system error and they don’t have your size. Then they ask if there is another size I’m interested in. I send 2 emails back within the following days and never heard back. They will never get my money again.
Cool spot if you're looking for something fresh. This isn't a damn footlocker, for all you complainers. Great staff and even gave me a discount on some sneaks that I wasn't aware applied.
Worst online shopping experience ever. I purchased a $100 jersey and never received it. I was told they'd refund me the money but they didn't keep their word. They ignore emails. Their phone lines are always busy. Seems like they only reply to twitter messages whenever they feel like it. They're nearly impossible to get a hold of. Currently going through a charge-back process with my credit card to get my money back from these frauds. NEVER buying from them again.
