Daniel has been caring for our fur baby for over 10 years. The staff are always ready to offer advice in a caring and compassionate manner. They are not only awesome at what they do, but go above and beyond to help our if your in a pinch! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pet care needs.

The team members on the floor and at the registers were all very kind and helpful, as was the vet and vet staff. When a question was not able to be answered, they went out of their way to find the answers. I had to go through the Vet in order to get my dog her food because she had a prescription. I had never done this in the past so I wasn't sure of the process. Even when I called the CS line with questions about ordering on line, that person was great. Bonus points for customer service all around and everyone made it easy. I will definitely be back.

I need put one star. Ok one star for my pour dog because Yesterday someone without hart did her worse work in his life! I am not professional but if I did in my home she'd look EVER!!!!! better than now. And I think why I give to her a good tips???

I've come only a few times and the price online for in store isn't right unless you tell them. Then claim they can price match. It shows available for pickup not a word about having to tell them, therefore deceiving and I will only say the cashier was nice. Other than that, all set.

Do not recommend for grooming. I went here for the first time as my regular groomers is closed mid pandemic. I had multiple issues 1) my dog was injured during grooming and cost me a urgent care visit 2) my dogs back nails were not done, only the front were, even though I specifically asked 3) I was charged almost double what my online quote was because they said my 10 lb yorkie was not in the small dog category and is considered medium??? 4) my emails and attempt to contact went unanswered. Also tip for groomer: when someone gives you a generous cash tip you should say thank you instead of snatching it and walking away
