Friendly staff. Refillable litter is the best! Saves a ton of plastic and is also very inexpensive.
I can’t say enough great things about Eric A, the dog trainer at this Petco. He was very accommodating and helpful. He has really great advice on how to approach dog training and does a great job of making you feel confident in training your dog. He definitely tries to put the customer first and is willing to go above and beyond to help! I would seek out his advice again! Thanks Eric!
The sliding door to get into the store was not working, so you would’ve thought that the store was closed. When I realized that it was indeed open, I slid the door to go in. When I walked in, I told the cashier , I believe her name was Aurila, “Hey, that door doesn’t seem to be working.” Her response was “I know.” And that was it. How about instead of saying “I know” you apologize to the customer for the inconvenience.
Great customer service on the phone and in store. Didn't try to upsell me on equipment for my pet just what was needed
Always an issue with the reward program-their website is buggy. I attempted to order a coat that was sold out in the store but even the clerk could not get their website to work. This is not the first time I've had issues with getting my points or ordering things at the store. The mng was nice and apologize but the clerk was unfriendly-not necessary of course but if thats the case, I can just shop online elsewhere. I suppose covid fatigue is still g in forall of us...
