This is a food product warehouse and preparation center run by Mr Kendall. We spent most of the day visiting with Charlie, and had quite a tour of his operation. He has spent years developing his products, and is passionate about quality and healthy lifestyle. This Zen type of philosophy is evident in his lifestyle and commitment to the food products he makes. Which include some asian stocks, old colonial heritage apples, and he gave me a jar of fresh sauerkraut, which was delicious. This is a one of a kind place, with a proprietor to match. Highly recommended.

The natto from this business is very delicious. My wife and I have this Japanese delicacy quite often when it's in stock at home.
